Kindest Gnomes in Review

 Hello, my stamping friend!

I absolutely love anything Gnomes! I finally had an opportunity to play with Storybook Gnomes Suite of products. Several days ago I had "Kindest Gnomes" class that featured 5 adorable cards.

Here is a card I created for a wine class last week:

Measurements:

• Soft Sued CS: 5 1/2 x 8 1/2";
• Crumb Cake CS: 1 1/4 x 5 1/4";
• Bermuda Bay CS: 1/2 x 5 1/4";
• Vellum: pieces to die-cut 2 circles
• DSP: 3 x 5 1/4";
• Basic White: 1/2 x 3 1/2: scrap for gnome

This card is so much fun! And it is very quick to create! The vellum adds a beautiful touch to the card!

The vellum will be on sale starting December 1st.

Measurements:  

• Evening Evergreen CS: 4 1/4 x 5 1/2"
  
• Real Red CS: 3 1/2 x 8 1/2" scored at 4 1/4"
  
• Crumb cake CS: 3 1/4 x 4"
  
• Basic White: 3 1/4 x 4"; peace for stamping and die cutting
• DSP: 3/4 x 4"; 1 1/4 x 4"

Few Tips:

• Ink the embossing folder with crumb cake ink before embossing card stock
  
• Stamp leaves and fussy cut them to add pop of color

Gift Box from one sheet of DSP

 Hello, my stamping friend!

Would you like to create cute easy box from one sheet of the DSP? You can fill it with up to 6 cards/envelopes or any other goodies!

This box was one of the 11 projects we made during Creative Escape -Holiday Edition. Everybody loved it and requested for me to type the instructions.

Here is the video how to make it:

Instructions: 

1. With the pattern top to bottom, score at 3″ and 9″. 
2. Rotate DSP (with the pattern left to right) and score at 4-1/2″, 5-1/2″, 10″, and 10-1/2″. 
3. You will also need to make diagonal score lines.
   
4. Remove 2 top rectangles as shown in dark grey. 
5. With inside pattern facing you – apply tear tape or wet glue to all 3 triangles and fold them inside. 
6. Fold the box up. Tie a ribbon around. Add a tag.

Leaves of Holly Class To Go

 Hello. my stamping friend!

I will be hosting in-person Creative Escape - Holiday Edition on October 22nd. This is full day event with goodie bag, pillow gifts. lunch and 10+ projects. In-person event is completely full. I originally did not plan to offer a To Go version. But I am ahead of a schedule (for once!!) and excited to offer a To Go Class.

This is a "smaller" version of the in-person event with 8 projects! Yes, it is a huge class featuring Leaves of Holly bundle.

There is a short registration window - by October 22nd and class will ship by October 27th!

Best Witches Card and Cauldron Favors

Hello, my stamping friend.

Here is a card we made during Crafting Happy Hour class. Once again it features "Best Witches" stamp set.

I love to make a matching favors for my classes.Back in March I bought those cauldrons in Dollar Tree - they were intended for St Patrick’s Day, but I knew I will use them for Halloween!

They were so fast to decorate! And everybody loved them! This little frog is sooo cute!
