Happy Scenes Christmas Card

I just can not get enough from Happy Scenes stamp set. I love all the possibilities, beautiful all season images and sentiments. This set is designed to be used with framlits, but equal stunning on its own.
Here is the card I created for Crafting Happy Hour at our local wine shop. This card was the easiest to create and was absolute favorite for all ladies because of unusual fold. It is my favorite too - I love unusual folds and design.

How Tos:

  • Score Old Olive 4 1/4 x 11 card stock at 2 3/4 and 5 1/2. Fold in half, than smaller piece toward you, creating zigzag like fold.
  • Adhere 4 x 2 1/2 piece of designer paper to front of the card
  • Stamp pines in top right corner of whisper white 4 x 5 1/4 card stock. Glue inside of the card
  • Start with whisper white 2 1/2 x 3 1/4  card stock, stamp image and stamp again without re-inking slightly moving stamp to top and left from previous stamped image. Stamp greeting on the bottom with Cherry Cobbler ink.
  • Adhere stamped image to 2 3/4 x 3 1/2 piece of Old Olive CS. Add 3 dimensional to the left side, than center on the card.
If you need any supplies, you can buy them in my store. Enter hostess code 3UGWVKHN. I will send you this card in the mail. Please make sure you check the box to allow demonstrator to contact you, otherwise I will not know who you are.

October Team Stamp It Blog Hope

Welcome to Team Stamp It's Blog Hop! You may have just arrived here from Tami's blog. I absolutely love her project! Tami is such an inspiration. I hope one day I will grow up to be Tami:)
If you are just started, you can navigate through the hop by clicking the Previous and Next buttons on the bottom of this post.

The idea behind my project is simple - I am always in need of "Thank You" cards because there is always something to be thankful for. Most of the time we are all so busy to take a moment to show our gratitude for people around us that brighten our day. And sometime those are the people, strangers - that you may never see again. I always wanted to have few cards in my purse for those occasions. Here is my November "Give Thanks" box full of the cards just for that purpose - taking few moments to say Thank You.

How Tos:
  • Start with whisper white and crumb cake note cards.
  • Cut Old Olive and Pumpkin Pie card stock to 3.25 x 4.75, emboss.
  • color embossed parts of the card stock with mixture of water and gold dazzling details. After cardstock dries - it looks gorgeous.
  • whisper white cardstock - 2.5 x 2.5, use trio punch for corners. Stamp image in black archival ink. Than color with aqua painter and markers
  • add half of small gold paper dolly to the bottom of stamped image. Add to card front with dimensional
  • stamp sentiment, use window punch to punch it, add to the card

Simple as that! You can have 40 cards done in no time. If you desire, use different color of card stock and different image for other seasons. I love this stamp set, especially the image with pumpkins. Everything in our house is pumpkin oriented now. We buy pumpkin bread, pumpkin  cake mix, pumpkin cream cheese, yogurt, ice cream, soup....And the list goes on and on.
Here is my own paper pumpkin (well, it is not The Paper Pumpkin, just a pumpkin made out of paper).

And another card - with pumpkins. This is one of the cards we will be making in my class today.

Thank You for stopping by.

All supplies are available in my store,

Washi Tape Fall Card

Happy Monday!
This is one of the cards from a class I had this Saturday. Half of ladies said this card was their favorite - very colorful, but quick and easy. Washi tape is such a great product, easy to use, adds so much to the card. Give it a try if you never used washi tape before.

Quick and Easy - Fall Cards

I designed 2 more cards for the Crafting Happy Hour in my local wine shop. I had this event 2 days ago. As all ladies were new for stamping, I needed something beautiful and easy for first time stamper. This is what I came out with. This was the first card we stamped:

Second card had much more stamping, and everybody absolutely loved it:
Other 2 projects were the ones I shared with you in previous post.
I always ask in my classes what project is your favorite and why. This class was not exception. And the vote went to the wine tag this time. Everybody though it was such a great idea and useful for upcoming holiday season. So I decided to make a dozen for wine shop owner as a Thank You for hosting my Crafting Happy Hour classes.

See the details with dimensional HERE.
