Hello, my Stampin’ friend!
Thanks so much for stopping by! Today's Blog Hop theme is Christmas in July.
It’s hard to believe there are fewer than 155 days until Christmas. Summer may be in full swing, but the holiday season will sneak up on us before we know it. Every year, I find myself scrambling to finish my cards and projects, so this time I’ve made a promise: start early!
The inspiration for today’s cards comes from the Peaceful Garden Suite, featured in the upcoming Holiday Mini Catalog. I had the chance to pre-order and play with this suite early, thanks to a Stampin’ Up! Creativity Now event. I was instantly intrigued by the unexpected color combo:
Secret Sea, Cloud Cover, and Misty Moonlight.
It’s not a palette I’d normally associate with Christmas, but paired with white and silver, it creates a fresh, modern twist on holiday elegance.
✂️ Card One
This card highlights all the elements of the suite. This card features a fun note card banner element on the front — perfect for tucking in an extra message! It also opens up to a fully decorated inside, making it extra special.
✂️ Card Three
A simple layout that showcases both sides of the same DSP. I cut the DSP into a 3⅞" square, then sliced it diagonally and adhered it to a Basic White panel. Clean, crisp, and easy to replicate!
These designs are perfect for mass production, and the color combo adds a refreshing touch to your holiday crafting. Whether you lean traditional or love a modern twist, this suite offers plenty of inspiration.
I’d love to hear from you!
