Hello, my stamping friend!

Thank you so much for stopping by today! Summer is in full swing, and nothing says “slow down and breathe” like a quiet waterfront, a comfy chair, and that easy, peaceful pace we all crave this time of year.

For today’s hop, I’m sharing a fun card created with the Waterside Retreat Suite — a bundle that perfectly captures everything I love about summertime. My card features a calm background, a cozy chair, soft greenery, and that relaxed lakeside vibe that instantly makes you want to sit down with a cool drink and enjoy the view.

This is a funky fold card that starts with a 5‑¼" × 11 3/4" piece of Designer Series Paper. Score the DSP at 1 3/4; 4 3/4 and 7 3/4 on the long side 

The fold adds a playful, interactive touch and really shows off the beautiful patterns in this suite.

And because I couldn’t resist, I also made a purse to go with the card.

Inside the little purse are all the essentials for a waterside moment — a cooling cloth, napkins, portable sunscreen, lemonade sticks, and of course, a little chocolate. It’s such a fun gift to give… and even more fun to receive. I used those purses as gifts for my Waterside Retreat Creative Escape this month.
