This card is a funky fold card too!

Instructions:
  1. Score card stock at 4 ¼”. The smaller side will be the front of the card.

Sweet Sunflowers Kit - Tips and Tricks

 Hello my stamping friend!

I have 2 more ideas how to extend your Paper Pumpkin kit even more. This time we will use the envelopes!

Instead of using the envelopes as intended - cut them on fold lines and use as a card front. The flap can be added to the back of basic white envelope.

Here is the Video 1 with tips and tricks:

Here is a funky fold using the envelope and extra card fronts:

Measurements:

  • Crushed Curry CS: 4 1/4 x 11" (scored at 4 1/4 and 8 1/2"); 4 1/4 x 5 1/2"
  • DSP: 4 x 4"; (2) 3/4 x 4"; (2) 2 1/4 x 4"
  • Basic White: 4 x 5 1/4"; scrap for stamping

Sweet Sunflowers PP kit alternatives

 Hello, my stamping friend!

Are you a paper pumpkin subscriber? Did you see the August kit?!!!! Oh my! It is amazing. I love every piece of it . This may be my all time favorite.

I started to play with it last night. First - I cut every card front in half and then to 4 x 5 1/4” size. This gave me 6 pieces to work with. I added mossy meadow and crushed curry card baseds. And assembled first 3 cards very close to instructions (just added a ribbon and bling).

I stamped a sunflower for a third card instead of using the cut out from the kit.
Here is 2 more cards using the back of the card bases:
I stamped leaves on a green card base and fussy cut them.
Here the flower is stamped in Blackberry bliss ink and colored with blender pen to add extra color to the flower.
The stamp set is so fun to play with!

Look at all those flowers!
Stay tuned for more ideas and tips! Check my blog Monday for a video.
