Tax Free Weekend

Florida is one of 12 states having state sales tax holidays for school supplies. What does that mean for you? Stampin’ Up! products that fall under that category will be tax free for a limited time! If you live in one of the lucky states, make sure to take advantage of the holiday. The main products that will be tax free - all adhesive! I believe Stampin Up! products are the best on the market and if any issues - company will replace them for you. Try to bring to your local craft store slightly used defective snail - they will not take it.

Note Cards with Thoughtful Branches

Hello, my stamping friend.
I am back with more summer ideas for Thoughtful Branches set. This time it is much easier and faster project - set of note cards. I love how fast you can create a card using note cards from Stampin Up! The card base already comes cut and scored. And size is just right for a quick card (no need for a lot of layers). Here is what I created:

The background stamp gives an extra layer without actual one.

Thoughtful Branches for All Seasons

Hello, my stamping friend!
Today is the the day when new Thoughtful Branches bundle is available. This bundle is available for limited time and while supplies last. This bundle is very versatile and can be used for all seasons and to cover a lot of occasions. To help you get more ideas, I decided to feature this bundle for all 4 seasons.
Lets start with Summer. Why? I thinks this is most obvious choice with this bundle. The hydrangea image is just amazing. This is first set of projects I made to cover summer:

As you can see I chose tree new in-colors for this set: Sweet Sugarplum, Flirty Flamingo and Peekaboo Peach.

Flower top is stamped tone on tone and then cut. The die is actually very easy to align. To make each flower you will need to have 2 flower tops stamped and cut. Do you know that you can stamp flower 9 times on one sheet of paper (it makes 4.5 double flowers)?
How Tos: 

•  Card front 8 1/2  x 5 1/2 ", scored at 4 1/4. 
• Stamp 2 flower's top on the desired card stock (same as your card front). Use same ink color as paper. Die cut with framlit. Put dimmensionals on the back of one flower randomly where you will not be able to see them. I used 1/2 of the one dimesion.Adhere to second flower slightly shifted to the right.
• Cut the rest of the flower (lower part) with the framlit from Old Olive card stock
• Crumb Cake card stock: 3 3/4 x 5 ", emboss (you can stamp sentiment before embossing with  Early Espresso ink)
• Early Espresso card stock: 3 7/8 x 5 1/8"
• Adhere embossed crumb cake to early espresso. Adhere stem of flower with fine point glue and top of flower with dimensionals (make sure you can not see them).
• I added gold dazzling details to center of each flower. Other option will be pearls.
• Adhere to card front.
