What happens when the class is over…but you’re not quite ready to stop creating? 🌻

I recently held my Radiant Sunflowers Class, both in person and as a Class To Go, and we had so much fun creating together! After all the kits were prepared and the class was finished, I found myself looking at the leftover Designer Series Paper and scraps on my craft table and thinking, I’m not done with these yet!

Sunflowers have always been especially meaningful to me. They are the national flower and a beautiful symbol of Ukraine, my home country, so creating with them always brings a little extra emotion and nostalgia for me. 🇺🇦💛💙

And that is how my little Sunflower Inspiration Series began!

Five Easy Sunflower Card Ideas

For these cards, I challenged myself to use the beautiful papers and leftover pieces from my class to create cards that were easy, cheerful and very doable.

Sometimes we think we need a complicated fun fold or lots of supplies to make a beautiful card. These cards are a great reminder that a gorgeous piece of Designer Series Paper, a simple layout and a few pretty details can be all you need.

I love how different they all look even though they started with the same collection of products. And the best part? I still wasn’t finished! 😊 I have more sunflower inspiration coming, including a card created from one of my card sketches.
